3S Data Cloud is forward-thinking and passionate about protecting our clients. You will receive a Multi-Cloud Disaster Recovery (DR) package as part of the Managed Services Program, to enhance your business continuity plan. A different cloud provider is used for DR rather than a cross-region DR with the same provider. To protect you, 3S Data Cloud will also consult on the strategy for permissions. This plan almost completely mitigates risk if by chance an entire regional datacentre goes down, or if an employee unwittingly (or maliciously) deletes an entire data set or backup. 3S Data Cloud sets everything up, validates the plan, and even simulates a DR scenario for the existing architecture.

For any issues, you will have access to a 3S Data Cloud engineer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
